K. Michelle’s ‘Rebellious Soul’ Debuts High On The Charts

R&B singer and songwriter K. Michelle released her highly anticipated debut album Rebellious Soultwo weeks ago and the project debuted high on the charts, selling 72,000 copies in its first week. It was good enough to land her the number one spot on the R&B charts and the number two spot on the Billboard Top 200.

In 2008, K. Michelle signed her first record deal with Jive Records. The following year, she was introduced to the urban music audience as the protégé of Grammy Award winning singer and songwriter R.
